Après une formation en arts appliqués à Paris, Nathalie Choux passe une année à l'École Nationale de Marionnettes à Prague. De retour en France, elle s'inscrit aux Arts Décoratifs de Paris pour y étudier l'illustration. C'est d'abord dans l'édition qu'elle choisit de développer son univers poétique et décalé ; sans abandonner le dessin, elle étend ensuite son langage à la céramique. Illustratrice reconnue dans le domaine de la littérature jeunesse (elle a publié une cinquantaine de livres à ce jour), elle travaille également pour la presse et la publicité.
After a diploma in Applied Arts in Paris, Nathalie Choux spent a year at the National Puppet School in Prague. Back in France, she enrolled at the Arts Décoratifs of Paris to study illustration. She then chose books to share her poetic and offbeat universe, distilling tender and witty humour in her work. Without forsaking her graphics, she turned to ceramics to give life to her characters. Today she is a well-known illustrator in childrens books (she has published some fifty books to date), she also works for the press and advertising.
